How much is the damage deposit?
This varies by apartment. However, the damage deposit is at least half a month's rent and goes up to a maximum of a full month's rent.

What is required to hold an apartment?
You'll need to provide us with the damage deposit and a post dated cheque for the 1st month's rent.

Are pets allowed?
Yes and no. Some units allow small, quiet, clean pets with responsible owners. Damage deposits for apartments with pets is one month's rent. Call us at 892-0323 for specific apartment information.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Tenants can pay by post-dated cheque or can set up on our convenient pre-authorized payment plan. This simplifies things for both parties.

What if my rent cheque bounces?
You will be charged a $25 fee for each bounced cheque.

Do I have to sign a lease?
You must sign a lease with all our units. This is a standard lease agreement as published by the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC). We offer month to month leasing as well as long term leases.

Do you own these apartments or manage them for others?
All the units on this website are owned by T.S. Magnum Ltd. Currently we do not advertise any apartments other than our own.
